In the event you are not satisfied with any single item in your delivery, please take a photo and email it to family@mco.farm with a credit request. We believe in GREAT customer service so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the produce, please let us know. Note: Only two consecutive claims per month can be made by a single member, maximum credit must not exceed the total value of the harvest, whichever is less. MCO reserve the right to cancel a customer’s account if it is felt this policy is being abused or manipulated unfairly.

As per the Quality assurance policy, MCO will only provide a credit to the account if the account is to remain active. We do not provide cash refunds. This is to prevent fraudulent activity. In the event a member requires a cash refund, their account must be closed and any remaining credit on the account will be refunded to their nominated bank simply by sending a request to family@mco.farm with a subject line of ACCOUNT CLOSED and your bank details in the email message.

All coupons provided are for limited use and may only be used by the person intended. Coupons generally expire after 7days, if not otherwise stated. Coupons cannot be used consecutively or multiple coupons on the same active account unless otherwise stated. Coupons can not be redeemed for cash, coupon credits cannot be refunded to a person’s bank account. Coupons cannot be sold separately and are not to be used as an alternative to currency.
